Nomod, Inc. is a rapidly growing company that is changing the way people sell anything, anywhere. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to help us drive growth and expansion.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, identifying potential merchants, and onboarding them onto our platform. You will also generate creative ideas to grow our merchant base and payments volume.

You will work closely with our agile, globally distributed team to harness constructive feedback and ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience with Nomod, Inc.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in merchant acquisition, banking, or fintech is a plus.
  • Field sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Northern Emirates really well.
  • A UAE driving license.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and see things from the perspective of our users.
  • OCD about making and keeping users happy.
  • Lots of energy, be proactive, think fast, and revel in solving problems.
  • Enjoy building relationships with people, and have excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, and similar web tools are second nature.
  • Be creative, innovative, and data-driven.
  • Deliver no matter what it takes.
  • The ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed organization.
