About the Role

We are looking for anexperienced Senior HR Coordinator to join our team within a dynamictechnology company. This role is pivotal in managing HR operationssupporting the onboarding process maintaining employee records andfacilitating HRinitiatives.

AboutYou:
  • Education :Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelatedfield.

  • Experience :Experience in HR with knowledge of onboarding and offboardingprocesses.

  • Skills :Strong communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in GoogleSuite and HRIS software (preferably Bamboo) excellentorganizational skills and project managementexperience.

  • Attributes :Independent work ethic collaborative approach calm under pressureattention to detail time management skills and a proactiveattitude.

Preferred:
  • Familiaritywith project management software (e.g. AsanaJira).

  • Experiencein SMEs or highgrowthenvironments.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • HRAdministration : Act as the first point of contactfor HR inquiries process onboarding and contractual changes andmanage employeerecords.

  • Onboarding :Oversee the onboarding process from contract signing to firstdayactivities including weekone checkins and probation processfacilitation.

  • HRISManagement : Manage queries and troubleshoot issuesrelated to the HR information system (Bamboo) escalating whennecessary.

  • Payrolland Benefits : Assist with payroll processes manageemployee benefit programs and liaise with benefitproviders.

  • RecruitmentSupport : Coordinate recruitment cycles for internsandcontractors.

  • Complianceand Documentation : Support compliance withimmigration regulations track employee visas and ensure legal andregulatory documents arefiled.
