Sales Executive Trading Engineering Supplies

JobPurpose:
- Toexpand business horizon of EEIC Trading &Engineering Supplies.
- Resolve internal andexternal technical support requests or issues related to productselection application specification installationetc
- Assist team in executing and achievingmarket businessplans
JobResponsibilities:
- Generate RFQs and establish new accounts
- Create Technical and Commercialproposals
- Provide technical clarifications to customers and attend the meeting ifrequired
- Extensive interaction with customerssuppliers and team
- Commercial processes forquotation receipt of order order entry shipment and delivery oforder and resolution of return requests and qualityissues
- Ensure the timely submission of projectrelated documents
- Support finance team toarrange submission of invoices
- Travelto project sites to preform startup integration training and to attend any installation relatedqueries
- Travel as needed to support teamfor presentation andexhibitions
- Resolve customer issues ordifficulties in a manner that is consistent with the companymission values and financialobjectives.
- Maintain professional businessrelationships with customers andvendors
- Identify and communicate customersneeds and sales opportunities to expand businessopportunities
- Track the status of the submittedoffers and finalise theorders
Qualifications:
- Degree inEngineering
- Strong Communication Interpersonaland organizational skills
- Proficiency withCRM/Database tools
- Maintain expert level ofproduct knowledge and application.
- Strongcomputer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office productsspecifically Outlook Excel PowerPoint andWord
- Proven project managementskills
- Sales supportexperience
