The incumbent is tasked withdriving sales growth and building strong relationships within theHORECA sector. This role involves identifying new businessopportunities managing client accounts and ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction. The incumbent will work closely with clientsto understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meetthose needs effectively. This position is crucial for drivinggrowth within the HORECA sector requiring a combination of salesskills industry knowledge and relationshipmanagement.
About therequirements
The incumbent will beresponsible for identifying and targeting new potential clients inthe Horeca sector developing and executing strategies to acquirenew business and increase market share.
Ensuringa high level of customer satisfaction is paramount achieved byaddressing client inquiries resolving issues promptly andmaintaining positive relationships throughout the salescycle.
The role also involves negotiating termspricing and contracts with clients to close sales and ensureprofitability as well as handling any contractual issues andensuring compliance with companypolicies.
Additionally the incumbent willmaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients throughregular visits to understand their needs address concerns and offertailored solutions.
Monitoring sales performanceanalyzing trends and preparing regular reports for management areessential to inform decisionmaking and strategyadjustments.
Conducting market research to stayinformed about industry trends competitor activities and potentialnew product opportunities is also a keyresponsibility.
Furthermore the incumbent willcollaborate with marketing and product development teams to createand implement effective sales and promotionalstrategies.
While the role does not have directpeople management responsibilities the incumbent will often work incollaboration with other team members anddepartments.
They will provide mentorship andguidance to junior sales staff when needed fostering acollaborative and highperformance teamenvironment.
The incumbent will also beresponsible for sharing best practices and ensuring that the teamadheres to the companys sales policies andprocedures.
The incumbent should possess provenexperience in sales preferably within the HORECA sector andexperience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
Theyshould have strong interpersonal and communication skills excellentnegotiation and presentation abilities and be selfmotivated with aresultsoriented approach.
Proficiency in usingCRM software and other sales tools is alsoessential.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of provenexperience in sales within the HORECAsector.
