We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts at RMGtalent, a prominent player in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in high-volume recruitment and will be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Oversee and execute the complete recruitment cycle for large-scale hiring projects, ensuring the effective fulfillment of the organization's talent acquisition objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract a wide range of qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Perform initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to comprehend their staffing requirements and devise customized recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Guarantee that all recruitment practices adhere to the regulatory standards specific to the financial services industry.
  • Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, confirming that all necessary documentation and orientation processes are completed.
  • Market Research: Remain informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain precise records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to senior management regarding hiring progress and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the financial services or FX sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai job market and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment campaigns concurrently.
  • Proficient in utilizing recruitment software and tools.
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai.
