Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Travel Coordination
  • Arrange travel for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Communicate travel arrangements with relevant parties.
  • Crew Management
  • Manage crew changes for projects, ensuring timely and efficient rotation of personnel.
  • Verify that project employees meet required training standards.
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate records of employee documents and verify compliance with company policies and legal/visa requirements.
  • Cover various administrative responsibilities and assist with ad hoc tasks.
