Job Title:Employee Relations Officer

JobSummary: The HR / Employee Relations Officer isresponsible for overseeing and managing both human resourcesfunctions and employee relations within the organization. This roleinvolves handling a range of HR activities including recruitment onboarding performance management and compliance as well asaddressing employee concerns resolving conflicts and promoting apositive work environment. The HR / Employee Relations Officerworks closely with employees and management to support HRinitiatives and ensure a harmonious workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Manage employee on boarding and orientation toensure a smooth integration into thecompany.
  • Administer employee benefits payrolland compensation plans.
  • Maintain and update HRpolicies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizationalstandards.
  • Provide guidance on performancemanagement including goal setting evaluations and disciplinaryactions.
  • Support employee development andtraining programs to enhance skills and careergrowth.
  • Oversee recruitment and selectionprocesses including job postings interviews and hiringdecisions.
  • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field; HR certification (e.g.SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
  • 2 years of experience inHR and employee relations roles.
  • Strongunderstanding of HR best practices employment laws and employeerelations strategies.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitivesituations with discretion.
  • Proven conflictresolution and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Experience with HR software andemployee management systems.
