The Opportunity as Head of Clinical Operations
Fella Health is seeking a world-class leader to run our telemedicine clinic. As Head of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for scaling our clinic efficiently and effectively, while maintaining industry-leading metrics for Activation, Retention, and Referral.
Key Responsibilities
- Activation: You will oversee the process of getting patients their medication within 14 days of signup. This includes ensuring a seamless user experience from signup to first dose, with intuitive onboarding, streamlined medical forms, easy labwork options, clear insurance coverage, rapid provider prescribing, automated medication ordering, and overnight fulfillment.
- Retention: You will ensure that patients remain engaged with our services until they reach their goal weight, rather than leaving due to poor service. This involves conducting regular and comprehensive check-ins, as well as proactive and automated refill processes.
- Review/Referral: You will foster a positive experience for patients, encouraging them to leave reviews and refer others to our services.
