About the Role

As a Global Commercial Growth Specialist at Property Finder Group, you will play a key role in defining ways to improve our current commercial processes while driving data-informed decisions that enhance our commercial performance.

This exciting opportunity requires someone with at least 5 years of experience in management consulting or commercial strategy roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with commercial leaders, understanding our business across different markets, and collaborating with various teams to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for regional markets, aligning with pricing, marketing, product, and sales priorities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, leveraging analytics to drive sales enablement and process optimization.
What You'll Need:
