**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve allocated sales targets and meet prospecting targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.

  • Identify opportunities for further sales within key clients and alert the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the domain of Real Estate Brokerage or Developer / Mortgage / Life Insurance.
  • Experience in managing direct sales and/or Agents / brokers would be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
