  • Establish and maintain strong networks within the real estate industry, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about changes in the real estate market, adjusting sales strategies to remain competitive in the off-plan property sector.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping of all off-plan property transactions and relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • Must have managed a team of at least 10 in no more than two companies for a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.
  • Be educated to degree level.
  • Be fluent in English along with your native language, either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic, or Indian.
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Have good knowledge of Dubai's Real Estate market.
  • Be capable of growing a solid social media presence.
