Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Majid Al Futtaim. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facility Maintenance: Ensure that the premises are presentable and well-maintained, reflecting the professional image of Majid Al Futtaim.
  2. Call Handling: Receive and direct calls to the right team member, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
  3. Customer Greeting: Welcome and register customers and guests professionally, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings for Senior Management, manage meeting calendars, and allocate meeting rooms as needed.
  5. Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling travel, arranging meetings and events, handling information requests, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  6. Service Delivery: Ensure that all service delivery levels are met, including maintenance, cleaning, and other essential services.
  7. Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues, such as poor cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and behavioral issues, and report to the relevant Line Manager or department.
  8. Administrative Tasks: Log incoming and outgoing post, and perform other administrative duties as identified by the Line Manager.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude.
