Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the Reception desk, ensuring that all guests are checked in and out promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services and amenities, and be able to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
