At Quanterra Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding property details and company services.
- Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
