Customer Service Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and insightful information.
- Build rapport with customers, demonstrate empathy, and actively listen to their needs.
- Process customer orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery (if applicable).
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
