- Soutenir les chefs dans la cuisson et la présentation des plats du menu de manière cohérente et dans les délais impartis, en veillant au respect des normes de qualité et des directives de présentation.
- Suivre les procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) pour la préparation des aliments, les techniques de cuisson et l'exécution des recettes afin de maintenir la cohérence et l'excellence dans la production alimentaire.
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation des postes de travail, y compris les plans de travail, les planches à découper, les ustensiles et autres équipements, en veillant à un nettoyage, une désinfection et un stockage appropriés.
- Aider à la réception et au stockage des livraisons alimentaires, en vérifiant la qualité, la fraîcheur et les conditions de stockage appropriées.
- Participer à la surveillance et au contrôle des niveaux de stock alimentaire en commandant des quantités adéquates, en gérant l'inventaire et en informant les superviseurs de toute pénurie ou divergence.
- Respecter toutes les directives de santé, de sécurité et de sanitation, y compris la manipulation, le stockage et l'étiquetage appropriés des aliments pour garantir la conformité avec les normes réglementaires.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de cuisine pour assurer un flux de travail efficace, une communication fluide et l'achèvement rapide des tâches.
- Aider les chefs à préparer les ingrédients en suivant avec précision les recettes et les tailles de portions établies.
- Préparer les stations de cuisson avant le service en assistante aux chefs.
- Effectuer régulièrement le nettoyage et la désinfection des postes de travail, des équipements et des ustensiles pour garantir un environnement de cuisine hygiénique et sûr.
- Découper, moudre et préparer les viandes.
- Nettoyer et entretenir les outils et équipements.
- Soutenir l'entretien des équipements de cuisine en suivant les procédures de nettoyage appropriées et en signalant tout besoin de maintenance ou de dysfonctionnement.
- Maintenir les normes de propreté et de sanitation conformément aux réglementations sanitaires locales et aux politiques de l'établissement.
- Aider à maintenir un environnement de cuisine propre et organisé, y compris le lavage de la vaisselle, des ustensiles et d'autres équipements de cuisine selon les besoins.
- Suivre les procédures de gestion des déchets en séparant et en éliminant les ordures, le recyclage et les déchets alimentaires dans des conteneurs désignés.
Exigences
Qualifications :
- Un diplôme de niveau secondaire ou équivalent est préféré. Une formation culinaire ou des certifications pertinentes sont un atout.
- Une expérience préalable en tant qu'Assistant Culinaire ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'un restaurant ou d'un établissement culinaire est avantageuse.
- Une connaissance de base des techniques culinaires, de la préparation des aliments et des méthodes de cuisson est souhaitable.
- Une passion pour la gastronomie et une forte volonté d'apprendre et de progresser dans une carrière culinaire.
- Une attention particulière aux détails et la capacité de suivre avec précision les recettes et les instructions.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide et sous pression tout en maintenant une attitude positive et professionnelle.
- Excellentes compétences en travail d'équipe et en communication pour collaborer avec l'équipe de cuisine et recevoir efficacement les directives des superviseurs.
- Endurance physique et capacité à se tenir debout, se pencher, soulever et transporter des objets lourds selon les besoins dans un environnement de cuisine.
- Flexibilité pour travailler par roulement, y compris les soirées, les week-ends et les jours fériés selon les besoins.
- Connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de sanitation dans un environnement de cuisine.
- Des certifications valides en matière de manipulation et de sécurité des aliments sont un plus.
