  • Review online applications, verify documents, and prepare NOCs for home modification and alteration requests.
  • Collaborate with managers on major work applications and handle customer correspondence.
  • Schedule site visits and office appointments for home modification and alteration consultancy.
  • Update systems for unauthorized home modifications and alterations.
  • Provide villa drawings and apartment floor plans as required.
  • Conduct site visits for security deposit refund purposes and unauthorized home modification/alteration violations.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Home Modification guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in documentation verification and system updates.
