Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This includes maintaining agendas, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain agendas and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for executives.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for executives.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to attendees.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, mail, and other communications.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
