Job Title: Senior HR Officer, HR Project Management

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join its Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating high-level HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the HR strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development and execution of strategic plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with timelines and overall organizational objectives by coordinating with leaders within the department.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, conferences, and other official engagements involving the HR leadership.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate internal meetings for the HR department, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Coordinate team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and promote effective communication and information sharing among staff.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards within the department.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives within the HR department.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office of the HR Director General.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in human resources management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, organizational and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment framework in the development, public or private sector.
  • Master's degree or above in human resources, international law, organizational studies, psychology, or other relevant fields.
