Key Responsibilities of a Front Office Coordinator at SimplyApply

As a Front Office Coordinator at SimplyApply, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team and clients. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Managing Correspondence and Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Greeting and Checking-in Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors to our office, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  3. Scheduling and Billing Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing billing information.
  4. File Management and Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, and assist with data entry tasks as needed.
  5. Office Supply Management: Oversee the inventory and ordering of office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  6. Clerical Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements and Qualifications for the Front Office Coordinator Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Receptionist Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and customer service skills are required to provide exceptional support to our team and clients.
