About Sundus

Sundus is a leading provider of wearparts solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing technical support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure successful implementation of wearparts solutions
  • Technical Expertise
    • Excellent engineering and fabrication background with the ability to read and work to complex engineering drawings
    • Previous experience in sales and estimating in a subcontract manufacturing environment is a must
  • Key Skills
    • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
    • Ability to prepare accurate reports and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments
    • Comprehensive understanding of key processes, including laser cutting, press braking, machining, welding, and fabrication

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and engineering
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
