Senior Sales Executive

Business Development
- Develop and deploy customer agreement elements to field teams, ensuring compliance on a monthly basis.
- Manage service levels to customers, identifying and resolving opportunities through database management and stock management.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer head offices to ensure target measures and plans are being achieved.
- Develop Joint Business Plans that deliver on customer and company objectives.
- Own the customer share report, updating it on a monthly basis and sharing it internally. Analyze data to identify opportunities and ensure resolution.
- Develop customer scorecards, updating them on a monthly basis and sharing them internally and externally.
- Identify business building and sales fundamentals opportunities at the customer/store level and develop action plans to rectify them.
- Liaise with Finance for account reconciliation and customer receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company finance SOPs.
- Build strategic business relationships with key stakeholders at the customer level, leveraging these relationships to achieve company objectives.
- Stay informed about key insights and developments within the customer ahead of time, leveraging these changes to build the business.
Develop, Sell, and Execute Category Management Projects
- Liaise with internal teams to develop Category Management projects based on customer category/brand opportunities.
- Sell the project concept to the customer, agreeing on joint KPIs.
- Deploy and enable field operations teams to execute the agreed concept sell.
- Track progress to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and VS Agreement.
- Commercialize wins or opportunities by sharing close-out reports.
Plan and Execute Brand Initiatives
- Liaise with Category Managers to plan brand initiatives by customer, ensuring sufficiency for company (Sales/Fundamentals) and customer objectives.
- Execute brand initiatives aligned with Category Managers.
- Sell brand initiatives to the customer.
- Communicate plans to field operations teams via My Store, enabling them with the right tools to ensure best-in-class execution.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Reporting
- Communicate internally to BDT and management about customer/competitor activities that can impact our business, taking required action.
- Develop or suggest defense/offense plans to counter key competitor activities.
- Graduate degree in Marketing/Management or related field.
- 2 years of Sales Executive experience.
