Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers and visitors, ensuring a positive experience for GEMS Education.
  • Respond to inquiries and direct calls to relevant personnel, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of caller and visitor interactions, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, collaborating with the Front of House team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one-year experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for working in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage peak demand periods.
  • Proficient secretarial and computer skills, with advanced Microsoft Office skills an advantage.
