Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and recruiting high-potential sellers to join the Amazon platform.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets for new seller acquisition
  • Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to ensure their success on Amazon
  • Provide data-driven insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within e-commerce or retail fields
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, QuickSight, Power BI, or similar data analytics tools
