About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and recruiting high-potential sellers to our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Recruitment: Identify and engage with potential sellers, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Seller Enablement: Work closely with new sellers, educating them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Catalog and Inventory Management: Enable sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems, ensuring they become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory, and performance.
  • Business Development: Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret reports to inform your portfolio of sellers.
  • Time Management: Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a results-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, as well as experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience within e-commerce or retail fields, and basic knowledge of SQL, QuickSight, Power BI, or similar data analytics tools.
