E-Commerce Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Galderma Pharma S.A. as a Digital Transformation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class online presence, visibility, and engagement for our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute E-Commerce Strategies: Leverage the potential of our brand portfolio within all channels, including e-commerce platforms, to drive business growth and increase efficiency.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Evaluate the impact of activations and brand executions at customer level with measurable and consistent KPIs for our brands, and leverage these insights to optimize online marketing efforts.
  • Build and Manage Digital Assets: Collect, prepare, and manage digital assets and tools, such as display campaigns, targeting/re-targeting campaigns, and permanent brand spaces, to support e-retail customer websites and digital libraries.
  • Support Marketing Teams: Collaborate with Marketing teams to fully execute annual activation plans and evaluate results, ensuring alignment with Galderma brand plans and guidelines.
  • Develop Data Management and CRM Expertise: Develop excellence in data management and CRM, ensuring regular performance tracking and implementing necessary changes to increase efficiency in online marketing.
  • Monitor Sales Development: Track sales development across the e-commerce channel and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends: Monitor competitor behavior and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Business Management or any equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in an e-commerce/digital marketing role.
  • Skills: Understanding of e-commerce channels, principles, and CRM, as well as digital knowledge (social media, online marketing, CRM, e-commerce), good relationship building skills, commercially aware, excellent numerical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, project management skills, customer focus, excellent English (spoken & written), Arabic preferred, creativity & innovation.
