**Business Application Technical Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Application Technical Manager to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of business applications, contributing to the company's growth through the fulfillment of our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical budget for business applications, ensuring that onshore and offshore resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, assess feasibility and complexity, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Lead the technical development of business applications, ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are aligned and contributing to the project's success.
  • Develop and implement product standards, ensuring that all products are upgraded to meet best practices and technology trends.
  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels, from C-level to entry-level, on topics related to the technical development of business applications.
  • Ensure that all vendor teams comply with documentation requirements, personally reviewing and checking all documents to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead the technical team to address issues causing downtime or disservice, ensuring business application stability and continuity under all circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Computer Application
  • 10+ years of experience in business application technical development/lead
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 FO and POS is a must
  • Exposure to complex application landscapes and knowledge of middleware, such as Informatica and Apigee
  • 3-4 years of experience in a technical leading role, coordinating onshore and offshore development resources
  • 4-5 years of experience in the retail industry, omni-channel environment
