Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other managers within the organization.
  • Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) are met.
  • Be fully accountable for the Solids Control & Waste Management profit and loss account throughout the region.
  • Continuously enhance service quality by developing and motivating staff to achieve consistently high standards of performance and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the quotation of all spares and equipment as required by the customer, utilizing collaboration skills to solve problems and improve performance to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continual improvement processes, working with various disciplines to ensure a smooth and timely transition from customer order to customer delivery.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Customer Order Follow-up
  • Timely invoicing of sales orders, rental, and services to customers in the Middle East region.
  • Assist with expediting overdue orders as required.
  • Oversee customer orders and report any delays to the supervisor.
  • Process customer orders into our system in a proactive manner to maintain output and performance indicator spreadsheets.
  • Proactively work with purchasing to assist with the review of stock levels.
  • Notify clients of any delays in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain and update ERP Systems.
  • Actively promote HSE and support the region adequately.
  • Manage the implementation of company policies regarding compliance, timekeeping, holiday planning, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote and implement training at all levels of our organization.
  • Support logistics requirements.
  • Handle Asset Management (TAT) in ERP system.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar job of customer order processing and logistics.
  • Order Processing and Invoicing experience.
  • Minimum Graduate Qualification.
  • Logistics and Inventory Knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in ERP Package, JDE Experience highly preferred.
