MDAR Food Company is seeking a Culinary Operations Leader with a robust background in managing large-scale kitchen environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience Requirement: A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a large-scale kitchen or central food production setting.
  • Culinary Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in International and Lebanese cuisines.
  • Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Comprehensive understanding of culinary methods, procedures, and quality standards related to menu offerings.
  • Policy Implementation: Skillful in applying company policies to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food preparation.
  • Certifications: HACCP and Food Safety certification is mandatory.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate the company’s quality mission to all team members.
