Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning and Development: Create and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the high standards of our guests.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Direct the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure exceptional quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met, and that the kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for staff and guests.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
Requirements:
