Job Summary & Purpose:

We are seeking a highly driven and talented individual to play a crucial role in implementing our strategy across omni-channel platforms. As a key member of our fast-paced team, you will be responsible for growing our partnerships portfolio and driving business growth.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Integrated Partnerships Strategy: Plan and deploy an integrated partnerships campaign across all channels, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  2. Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with external organizations to achieve mutually beneficial goals, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Partner Acquisition and Management: Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure repeated participation from partners, while managing business metrics like budget, co-funding, and more.
  4. Campaign Management: Oversee bank alliances campaigns, addressing partner needs, managing overall expectations, handling partner inquiries, and resolving partner issues.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business, analytics, and finance to maintain TAT with smooth executions and wins for all campaigns.
  6. Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analysis, and feasibility studies to support project objectives, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  7. Reporting and Data Analysis: Provide all necessary data/reports on a periodic basis pertaining to partnerships to the Manager for review, resolutions of issues, and prompt decision making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Alliances & Partnership role with operational excellence.
  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing fintech projects like EMI, Instant Discount, Gift Cards for an E-commerce firm will be of added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
