About the Role:

The Sales and Training Professional will be responsible for driving sales and growth through cold calling, responding to inquiries, and implementing the company's marketing plan. In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to spend 20% of their time as a Training Coordinator, where they will be responsible for event planning, management, and execution of logistics for all training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Sales Manager
  • Cold call potential customers
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Gather market and customer information
  • Provide feedback on buying trends
  • Implement company marketing plan
  • Visit potential customers for new business
  • Daily report to the sales manager using company internal forms
  • Provide quotations to customers
  • CLOSE deals with clients
  • Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Record sales and send copies to the sales and accounting departments

Additional Responsibilities:
