Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Assistant Front Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to front office staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operations: Oversee the efficient management of front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest communication.
  • Team Development: Identify opportunities for staff development and training, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve potential issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the hotel's reputation is upheld.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in a 4/5* property.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures. Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Education: Not specified.
