Job Summary:

As a Client Services Associate at Insight Global, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data within our CRM database and client files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client records in our CRM database, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct thorough research and follow up on any issues related to client accounts, working closely with our Broker/Dealer, Operations, and vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Regularly review client accounts to identify and remediate any issues, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, operational processes, and sales processes to provide informed support to our clients and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional client service support to all teams as needed, including servicing phone calls from advisors and custodians, coordinating projects, prioritizing advisor tasks and requests, account transfers, account updates, cash distributions, and following up on any other client-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client data and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
