Senior Sales Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional to drive growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the B2B market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, be highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Identify target industries and key decision-makers in prospective companies.
    • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the B2B landscape relevant to our products and services.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Utilize various channels (e.g., networking events, social media, industry forums, referrals) to generate quality leads.
    • Engage with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings to introduce our offerings.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B sales.
    • Provide feedback to improve sales processes, marketing strategies, and product offerings based on market insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, real estate, or property management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with advanced business writing and verbal proficiency.
  • Strong ability to present, convey, and sell the value of products and services.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple investor portfolios and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
