Customer Service Team Lead

At Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service agents to deliver exceptional service and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations in the customer service department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and processes.
  • Respond promptly to customer service issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards to enhance the customer experience.
  • Set and achieve customer satisfaction goals, collaborating with the team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Design and execute a customer loyalty program to foster long-term relationships and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service activities and discussions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Analyze service statistics and prepare detailed reports to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Recruit and train new customer service agents to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Manage the department budget effectively, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
