Najma Consultancy seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Care Executive to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent product knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive working environment for their team.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage a team of representatives to provide exceptional customer support.
- Oversee the customer service process to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
- Plan and deliver training programs to enhance service delivery standards.
- Select and hire new staff to join the team.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual representatives and the team as a whole.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Excellent product knowledge to provide expert support to customers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
