Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  2. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital
  3. Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the team
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed
  5. Perform data entry tasks as assigned by the team

  7. Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience
