International Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer of German Kitchen & Furniture, is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Executive to join their Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in Kitchens and GCC/MENA countries, with a proven track record of achievements and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales turnover, margins, marketing, and brand development.
  2. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, and distributors/partners.
  3. Actively participate in the sales process, including retail and projects, and work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement plans in line with the overall brand strategy.
  4. Conduct training sessions for staff of distributors/partners and manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Coordinate between German/HQ factories, Middle East office, and distributors/partners, and maintain the Business Development databases.
  6. Travel extensively in MENA, Asia, and African regions to support business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Management/Commerce courses.
  • Preferably, experience in multinational companies and interior design industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, & PPT) and sales-related ERP.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

This is an executive position requiring 3-5 years of business development management experience, with a focus on sales and marketing strategy development and implementation.
