About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Manager to join our team at Al-Futtaim. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our internal digital communication platforms, including Viva Engage and the Intranet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Oversee the overall running and continuous improvement of all internal digital communication platforms.
  • User Experience: Ensure platforms are user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively utilized for maximum employee engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to implement new features and troubleshoot issues.
Employee Engagement
  • Communication Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive communication culture within the organization.
  • Event Planning: Organize and promote internal events, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from employees to inform and improve communication strategies.
Required Skills

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital communication platforms, including Viva Engage and Intranet systems.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Change Management: Experience in change management is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated experience in making data-driven decisions and utilizing analytics to inform communication strategies.
  • Targeted Communication: Ability to develop and execute targeted communication plans tailored to specific employee groups and personas.
  • AI Generative Tools: Hands-on experience with AI generative tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology for communication purposes.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
