About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at ELEGANT ESCAPES VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and grow market share in the hospitality sector.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including hotel chains, resorts, and hospitality businesses.
  3. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Generate regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  6. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product range and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and target-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
