Customer Experience Manager Role

At Meituan, we're looking for a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to lead our user experience efforts in the Middle East region.
This role involves overseeing customer relationships, conducting needs analysis, and developing strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
You'll communicate effectively with users, resolve issues, and provide timely feedback on their opinions and suggestions.
In addition, you'll monitor user behavior and market trends, analyzing user needs and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and product refinement.
This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or related fields.
We're seeking someone with strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with users.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Relationship Management: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
- User Needs Analysis: Conduct regular user needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Communicate effectively with users to resolve issues and complaints.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user behavior and market trends to provide data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or related fields.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with users.
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and achieve team goals.
