Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our team at Black Pearl Consult. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Offer timely and professional support to visitors, handling telephone inquiries, and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized files, inventories, and records, utilizing efficient data management systems.
  • Exhibit excellent written communication skills to create and edit technical and administrative correspondence and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to address administrative challenges and contribute to program/project planning and departmental goals.
  • Conduct thorough research, gather and analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports and summaries from various sources.
  • Be adaptable to take on additional responsibilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.
  • Excel in data gathering, compilation, and analysis, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, consistently displaying tact and discretion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in administrative applications as well as graphic and presentation software.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in general administrative and/or clerical work preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Preferably with experience in assisting a team in Equities and Active Investments department.
  • With impeccable written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, adeptly managing calendars, appointments, and records.
  • Strong database management abilities, ensuring data integrity and seamless retrieval.
