Sales and Business Development Manager

Alef Group, a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures, is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah.
Job Description:- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract investors and buyers, driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough research on property listings, providing expert consultation to prospective clients, accompanying them to property sites, discussing sales terms, and preparing comprehensive real estate contracts.
Required qualifications include a Diploma /Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or equivalent, and minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience with a strong track record of sales success and leadership in a real estate developer environment.
