Job Responsibilities
  • Developing Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Cultivating Relationships: Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work collaboratively with marketing to align sales strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to monitor performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client needs are met and foster repeat business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position products and services.
