Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Elevon Core.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new leads, developing customer accounts, and negotiating room rates with corporate clients.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business into the hotel/cluster and increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients to optimize revenue.
Design and execute creative local marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's services.
Prepare and negotiate contracts with customers in accordance with current business conditions.
Work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and develop comprehensive sales programs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, and strong negotiation skills. Additionally, you should be flexible, proactive, and able to understand customer needs to derive maximum value. Previous experience in a hotel sales role is essential.
