Your Role

  • As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing product offerings, and providing exceptional support to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals by identifying and engaging potential customers, generating sales leads, and achieving sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and enhance buyer satisfaction.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints, addressing and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
