Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural and residential construction industries.
    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, contractors, real estate developers, and property owners.
    Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for growth in the residential building sector.
    Generate leads, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients in the residential building market.
    Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    Collaborate with internal teams, including design and engineering, to align project goals with client expectations.
  3. Architectural & Technical Expertise:

  5. Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or a related field).
