Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager, with a track record of success in driving efficiency and quality.
  • Deep knowledge of production management, including quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Understanding of performance evaluations and budgeting concepts, with experience in reporting key production metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of Hindi a strong advantage.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
