Product Manager with Sku Management Expertise

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SKU Strategy Development**: Develop and execute a comprehensive SKU strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- **SKU Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the entire lifecycle of product SKUs, including SKU creation, SKU rationalization, and SKU retirement, ensuring efficient SKU management practices.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for SKU expansion, assess competitor SKU strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless SKU management across departments.
- **New Product Development**: Lead the SKU management aspects of new product development initiatives, working closely with product development teams to define SKU requirements and specifications.
- **SKU Performance Monitoring**: Continuously monitor SKU performance metrics such as sales performance, inventory turnover, and SKU profitability, and take proactive measures to optimize SKU performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with Inventory Management teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce SKU proliferation, and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- **SKU Pricing Strategy**: Collaborate with Pricing teams to develop and implement effective SKU pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- **Product Lifecycle Planning**: Develop and execute SKU-specific product lifecycle plans, including product launches, promotions, and end-of-life strategies.
- **SKU Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze SKU-related data and generate insightful reports to track SKU performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on SKU management.
- Strong understanding of SKU management principles, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Oracle Netsuite / SKU management tools and software.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
